FOOD:

The menu offers a large variety of classics and more surprising specialties. Goose liver is perfectly cooked and makes a good starter, as does soft-shell crab served with Polenta. From the main courses, beef tenderloin is a very safe choice; pork neck is perhaps more of a surprise, but is also very good. There is also plenty of choice in the dessert menu. Hot chocolate and famous semi-freddo are just perfect, offering a deliciously sweet end to this beautiful culinary journey.

SETTINGS:

The tropical gardens and cool river breezes of the Marriott Resort and Spa give added value to Brio's setting. The restaurant is designed to look like a high ceilinged Tuscan house, and has a very friendly, relaxed atmosphere.
