SETTING

The idea is for patrons to come to B Resto andunwind in a casual environment, which explains why there are no tablecloths or fancy cutlery. the restaurant is part of the Baan Rangnam serviced apartment.

FOOD

The menu includes both Italian and Thai dishes. The innovative Cordon Bleu- trained chef whips up marvellous Italian dishes such as Norwegian salmon with bearnaise sauce on the side and mussels a la provencale. go for duck confit and rucola salad as a main course. Pizza is a must here since B Resto has a specially built oven; the addition of mexican chilli can make an interesting variation. Banana fritters and ice cream as a dessert is a welcome counterpoint to the main courses. kudos to owner Rawiwan Sukhavat for making it her business to oversee the minutest details. her dedication is without question the force behind the high quality of the food and service.
