With some of the most talented chefs
in the city, Breeze has created some very impressive
dishes that have lived up to this establishment's
reputation. Crisp jumbo prawn tossed with wasabi
cream is just the right texture; crunchy, yet succulent
and juicy on the inside, with the right amount of kick of
wasabi and that salty burst of flavour from the ebiko
gives it the perfect final touch. Also give yellow pumpkin
soup a try; scallop and caviar blend well with the soup's
creaminess. Kurubota pork ribs are cooked to the right
consistency and mango salsa complements the dish
well. Another favourite is baked Chilean sea bass, served
with young spinach and Japanese sake sauce.
Breeze is an experience, offering diners breathtaking views of the city. It is definitely the goto place for wining, dining and splurging on special occasions. The service is spot-on if you want to have your every whim indulged. Those looking for a little more discretion might find it a bit overwhelming.
