Husband-and-wife team Dylan Jones and Bo (Duangporn Songvisava), who met while working at Nahm in London, have set out to present Thai food using the freshest local ingredients possible while creating traditional dishes that may not be seen quite so often in more touristy places. The menu changes on a bi-monthly basis to take advantage of the seasonal availability of produce, vegetables and spices. For newcomers to this style of cooking it is recommended that the table orders the set balance dinner, a perfect introduction to cooking from the whole kingdom. For those dining a la carte, southern-style yellow curry with pork ribs and central-style red curry of rabbit and winter melon go excellently with organic gaba rice from Sri Saket and stir-fried local greens. There is also an interesting selection of traditional desserts.

Setting

A charming modern Thai house stylishly decorated to match the contemporary Thai food on offer. An outside terrace provides a more informal ambience. Blanco the labrador provides a friendly wag to returning guests.
