Blue Spice has a modern, coffee shop-style setting with clean white walls accented by a wooden backdrop.

FOOD

Run by Seefah, Blue Spice incorporates a variety of Thai delights as well as some old favourites like Seefah's speciality noodle and chicken rice in brown sauce and fried egg, in addition to Western dishes. A breakfast buffet is available daily offering both Thai and Western selections. For lunch and dinner lobster bisque is presented innovatively in a bread bowl; although slightly thick, it is flavourful and has a generous amount of lobster meat. Served in a large portion is deep-fried soft-shell crab salad with crispy lettuce and sprinkles of bread crumbs. Spaghetti petterocino has pieces of bacon tossed in basil, dry chilli and bellpepper, a deliciously aromatic dish that is not overly greasy or spicy. Nicely grilled, salmon steak has a side of boiled vegetables and potato to balance a rather buttery gravy.
