A good range of selections on the
menu, with an exceptionally tasty signature starter of
focaccia with mascarpone and truffle oil, which is highly
recommended. Beef carpaccio with nameki mushroom
and rocket leaves is nicely presented, but the taste
fails to match. One must-try is penne with lamb ragout,
cooked with Kenya beans and a red wine reduction.
The meat is cooked to perfection and works well with
al dente penne. Pasta lovers should order home-made
ravioli with porcini mushrooms and ricotta cheese.
Signature red snapper baked with herbs does not live up
to its recommendation; however mustard herb-crusted
lamb loin with leek tortino and mashed potatoes is
delightful and well prepared. For dessert, try mandarin
panna cotta with orange sponge cake.
Sophisticated atmosphere and stylish decor with white tones and wooden furniture complement authentic Italian cuisine. Well-groomed staff is knowledgeable about the menu and wine list, but can be less than attentive in busy periods.
