For more than two years, chef Danilo Aiassa has maintained the high standard set by his predecessor, and this is still one of the best and most loved Italian eateries in town. From the appetisers, roasted scallop and porcini salad is a highly recommended speciality, or try tuna tartare with green asparagus, fennel and orange salad, a delectable mixture of flavours. Pizza lovers must try Biscotti�s famous focaccia with mascarpone and truffle oil, baked in the wood-fired oven. There is a mouth-watering selection of pasta dishes; especially good is fettuccine with parma ham, mushrooms, truffle essence and parmesan. Braised veal shank is a tender and flavourful main dish. Desserts are not to be missed.

Setting

Sophistication meets simplicity. The atmosphere is bright, modern and unpretentious. The open-plan kitchen dominates one side of the restaurant.
