FOOD
A great solution for those who want fabulous food without having to make hard menu decisions - every evening presents a set menu. Substitutions are made for those with certain food allergies or vegetarian preferences. A four-course selection on a weekend includes artichoke soup with Italian arborio rice, marinated orange salad with masala and mint, fresh seafood with Sicilian pesto and penne pasta cooked in paper bag (to seal in freshness), and lemon granite with fresh raspberries and zabaglione for dessert. This cooking for the momenta attitude bodes well for the restaurant's creations which are clearly inspiring. Selections are light and go well with the dancing that erupts soon after dinner is finished. The set menu on weekdays is three courses and costs slighty less.
