FOOD
Experienced Italian chef Sergio Forte promises discerning diners only authentic Italian cuisine. From the large menu, for starters experiment with iore salad featuring baby spinach, shredded parma ham, feta, orange, pine nuts and cherry tomatoes. the dish is extraordinarily light and fragrant with orange zest. An extensive menu of pasta dishes is available to choose from, of which ravioli crema di tartufo rucola e porcini and risotto anduja lead the pack. Fantastically rich and creamy, the trufle sauce complements the ricotta-spinach ravioli extraordinarily well while the slightly spicy ricotta dish is made with Calabrian sausage and is sure to work its magic on the thai palate. Another imaginative pasta creation is spaghetti alle uova di pollock, with marinated ish roe and smoked salmon. Panna cotta is a delightful dessert option, but thrillseekers may prefer creme brulee, individually torched at your table.
