Rice crackers served with shrimp
and mixed pork, billed as grandma's recipe, is specially
piquant and just a little different. Deep-fried fish cakes
come prepared a little larger than normal and are fresh
and light. Plates are typically well filled which helps
induce the relaxed pace as it takes time to finish each
dish. Spicy green curry with sirloin features a decent cut
of meat complemented with a curry sauce that does
not overpower. Deep-fried fish with mango salad sauce
is perfectly cooked with a slightly crispy exterior leaving
white, fluffy, fresh fish inside. Most of the dishes have
a nice touch where the chefs have tweaked traditional
recipes with touches passed on from the owners'
cookbook. The single dessert offering changes every
day.
