Start with a perfectly mixed martini
at the bar before sitting down to enjoy food cooked
in the classical style with preparation being equally as
important as presentation. Seafood platter, featuring
tiger prawn, Alaskan king crab, shrimps, mussels and
French oysters comes with of a selection of cold sauces.
It might then be followed by one of Artur's special cuts of
beef, juicy wagyu grain-fed prime rib or prime Australian
filet mignon, carved at your table. Or if you prefer whole
dover sole as a main, again prepared at your table, you
might choose Artur's original caesar salad or traditional
burgundy escargots in a garlic butter and parsley sauce.
Finish with iced nougat served on a passion fruit coulis
which is absolutely not for sharing.
The ever-present Artur eagerly goes out of
his way to make all guests welcome. The decor is stylish
with touches of eccentricity. Tamara de Lempicka
prints mix with functional steakhouse table setting and
delightful fresh flower arrangements.
