Another Hound's Italian-Thai fusion menu is slightly more high-brow than Greyhound�s, but this outlet still manages to maintain the unfussy attitude that makes the chain so popular. Tangy green mango relish cuts through the fat of grilled salmon. Grilled sausage served on a hot plate is well seasoned with plenty of dried herbs. For a main course, fried pork with bacon bits served with rice and clear soup is simple but scrumptious. More complex dishes such as spaghetti cha cha cha (squid ink spaghetti, shrimps and scallops, Italian basil leaves and green peppers) is equally delicious. Another popular dish here is fried diced lamb with garlic and black pepper, also served with cooked rice and clear soup, a must-try for lamb lovers. Try to save a little room for a scoop of fragrant young coconut or satol sorbet at the end.
