Salmon Carpaccio tastes exceptional with its innovative combination of thinly sliced salmon, artichoke, pesto and Parmesan cheese. Another must-try for appetizers is pan-fried luck liver that balances well with rocket salad and raspberry vinaigrette. unique specialties include baked salmon and Cajun seasoning and grilled lamb chop on rosemary gravy.
