Meetings

Located in various parts of the building to provide privacy and confidentiality, The Sukhothai meeting rooms offer a variety of sizes and configurations tailored to your needs. Small meetings can also be held in the Boardrooms in the Business Centre and large meetings can be held in the Ballroom, which can comfortably seat up to 250 people. All rooms have abundant natural light and can accommodate state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment. Stage presentation facilities are also available.  

Bussabong Business Center

The Business Centre at The Sukhothai has experienced staff to help you with your every business need. The Business Centre is open from 7am to 10pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 10pm on weeekends and public holidays. Experienced staff will take care of correspondence, messenger services, packaging and the hiring of audio-visual and video-conferencing equipment, mobile telephones and laptops. Internet access is also available. The library of the Business Centre contains directories, business literature and reference materials, including a business database with more than 4,000 business sources from around the world. Two smaller meeting rooms are also available for use at the Business Centre. One boardroom has a capacity of up to 16 people at a conference table and a second room for 14 people.

Also available is a fully furnished and equipped private office space, Internet access and satellite video tele-conferencing. The Sukhothai also provides printing, binding, translation and interpretation services. There are also constant updates from international markets via Bloomberg and CNBC. Conference, Boardroom & Meeting II are located in the Business Centre on the ground floor of the main hotel.  

Sila and Chulalux Executive Meeting Rooms

Sila and Chulalux are two stand-alone meeting rooms that are 128 sq.m. and can each accommodate up to 120 people. Sila & Chulalux are located on the 6th floor of the terrace wing. They enjoy natural daylight and overlook the city of Bangkok. 

Ballroom

The elegant Ballroom is the ideal venue for sit-down dinner banquets for up to 200 and cocktail parties, lectures or launch events for up to 400 guests. The Ballroom is adjacent to a serene pond filled with replica terracotta stupas. The spacious Ballroom and its foyer combine to create myriad possibilities for seated banquets, cocktail parties, buffets and events. The spaces are dressed to your taste and The Sukhothai works with you to choose the details of the decoration, floral arrangements and lighting. The choice of music ranges from a classical quartet with dinner to ballroom dancing to the most contemporary.

The Sukhothai's chefs are masters at creating the menu that most appropriately suits your event. Buffet receptions in the Ballroom are enhanced by sumptuously laid tables, replete with floral arrangements and ice carvings, with your choice of Western or Thai food, or a blend of the finest from both cuisines. Menus for sit-down lunches or dinners range from classic six-course banquets to lighter fare. Ballroom is located on the ground floor of the main hotel wiht views of The Pond. 

Garden Villa

The ultra-modern Garden Villa Meeting Rooms are set in 7,000 square metres of lush gardens adjacent to the hotel, enabling companies to conduct strategic business discussions in the heart of Bangkok yet feel removed from the bustle and distractions of a downtown location.

Four separate meeting rooms - hosting up to 20 delegates each - are set over two floors, providing the newest and most intimate conference space in Bangkok. The upper floors also have balconies overlooking the gardens, providing the perfect location for a coffee break and a breath of fresh air. This very private location also caters to sophisticated product launches, team-building events and cocktails on the villa lawns for parties of up to 500. 

Mahamek, Nalinee, Kireemas Executive Meeting Rooms

Mahamek, Nalinee & Kireemas are located on the 7th floor of the terrace wing. They enjoy a natural daylight and overlook the city of Bangkok.
