Sivalai Place

Our super-sized Swimming Pool with 'O-zone' non-chemical filtering system is perfect for lounging around on those hot bangkok days - It's also great for keeping in shape! So if it's sun-worshiping, Olympic work-outs or just a quick paddle after a long day - our pool is the place to hang out. Located by the Pool is the poolside cafe, Male and Female changing rooms, sun loungers, attractive plants and a well maintained surrounding area. Guests are welcome to bring their friends or simply a good book and sunglasses! Please see below for more details about our special 'O-Zone' cleaning system. 

Sivalai place has 5 full size tennis courts for you to enjoy. All courts are fully equipped and closed in, with well maintained surrounding and seating area's. Tennis is enjoyed by all at Sivalai and is a great way to burn a few calories! We also rent all the latest, modern equipment you will need to play with and even someone to practice with if you are on your own. For all the budding Federer's out there we have a professional coach at hand for personal tuition and training. 

Whether you want to lose some weight, improve your stamina, or even successfully run a marathon, you can be sure that Sivalai Fitness Room can provide the most modern equipment in a relaxed environment. Fitness is important in any active lifestyle and a few hours a week can leave your body, mind and soul at one. Equipment in the fitness room includes Tread Mill, Tune-Up, Free Weights, 4 Station Multi Gym and Elliptical Trainers. Conveniently located nearby are the changing rooms and Infrared Sauna facilities. Like all of Sivalai place, the Fitness Room is immaculately kept with attention to hygiene standards and cleanliness. 

As you relax in the gentle heat of the infrared sauna, your body is actually hard at work, producing sweat, pumping blood and burning calories. According to a Journal of the American Medical Association report. 

Our custom Karaoke Room contains comfy couches, a modern karaoke screen and system, microphones, selection books and remote for you to program your choices. Then sing away, using the background music and the words (and even a film clip!) on the screen as your prompts. A large range of old favorites and newer numbers are on offer, depending on your singing preferences. There is also a fully stocked fridge with soft-drinks and beers as well as a variety of snacks. So sit back and sing to your hearts content - without worrying about waking up your neighbors! 

Located downstairs off the lobby is the Sivalai Place Games Room. The Games Room features a modern Western Pool and Foosball table. It also has a fully stocked fridge with all the refreshments including soft-drinks and beers. 

Little Chef restuarant is on the second floor of Sivalai Place building, offering authentic Thai and International food as well as American breakfast at reasonable prices. Open 9.00 am. - 9.00 pm. daily 

Internet Cafe
Blue Mountain Cafe is located on the second floor of the Sivalai Place building. Blue Mountain offers fresh coffee, bakeries, ice cream, magazines and internet. Open 9.00 am. - 9.00 pm. daily.

Laundry Service
We have a coin operated laundry service located downstairs in the garage. The price depends on the size of your load, but starts from 20 Baht. Open 9.00 am. - 9.00 pm. daily. For laundry service please contact at main office.

Parking
Parking service at Sivalai Place is free of charge for residents with 24 hour security guard and security cameras.

Good Karma Library
The Good Karma library is in the office. Most of our books and magazines have been donated by our residents. There are many type of books and magazines in many languages for you to borrow. To donate books please stamp and write down your name. Good Karma!!
