Founded by Sir Stamford Raffles Singapore is a city, an island and a country with a blend of colonial and Asian style. At first glance the city seems all modern hi-tech buildings separated by green areas, but a closer look reveals its diverse ethnic Chinese, Malay and Indian influence..
