General Tenancy Terms
• For tenancy of less than three months, a security deposit of one month's rental cost is required.
• For tenancy of more than three months, a security deposit of one month's rental cost plus one month's advance rental is required.
• For any early check-out prior to the agreed date of the lease, 10% of the balance of the total rental will be levied.
• All incidentals charged to the apartment must be paid by the end of each month.
