Ancient City is a park spreading over 200 acres in the elephant-head shape of Thailand. In their correct geographic position, replicas of all the country's most historically significant structures have been erected, some full-size but most scaled down. All have been accurately and meticulously recreated. Some buildings are even genuine, moved here for preservation.

Other genuine buildings have been transported to recreate traditional scenes of Thai life, such as The market of Yesteryear, the Floating Market and the Northern Thai Hamlet. Another facet of Ancient City is the beautiful gardens, some of them portraying Thai legends with bronze horses flying over waterfalls and suchlike.

The Ancient City - Segway Tour

10:00	Depart Segway Tour Thailand Shop at Maharaj Pier to The Ancient City (Muang Boran), Samutprakarn Province by private air-conditioned vehicle.
11:00	Arrive The Ancient City and start 30-minute Segway Training Program to ensure all clients know how to use Segway PT safely before taking the scenic tour.
11:30	Visit the most important of Tourism Attraction in the South Area of the Ancient City such as Phra mahathat Chaiya to see the Stupa in Thai Southern Style and reach to Thai Southern Cultural. Then visit the fascinating construction of the Sanphet Prasat Palace and Thai Temples in Ayutthaya Period on the Central Area. And visit the re-creation area which comprising The Royal Barge-Course Procession from the reign of The King Rama 4 to the present, A Botanical Garden from Thai Literature, and Sala of Ramayana.
12:30	Having Lunch at The Floating Market.
13.15	Visit the most beautiful temple at Wat Chong Kham to see the construction of temple in Northern Style. And see A Lotus Bud-Shaped Chedi in Sukhothai Style at Wat Mahathat which is the Thai World Heritage. After that visit The Garden of Phra Aphaimani, which is the Garden in Thai literature, is on the East Area.
14.00	Visit Temple of Phra Viharn, Phrasat Phimai Sanctuary, and Phanomrung Sanctuary, which are construction of Temples in Khmer Style and well known in the world as Thai World Heritages.
15.00	Depart from Ancient City to Maharaj Pier.
16:00	Arrive to Segway Tour Thailand shop at Maharaj Pier safely.

How to get to Segway Shop (Maharaj Pier) - Map

The tour does not include hotel pick-up/drop-off services, though getting to the departure point and back is easy. The meeting point is at the Segway Tour Thailand shop located at Maharaj Pier. You can take a Tourist Express Boat (Blue flag) which leaves every 30 minutes from the Central Pier and is also connected to Saphan Taksin Skytrain (BTS) station. Remark:
- The Segway PT is appropriate for virtually anyone 12 and older. For those under 18 must have a parent’s or guardian’s consent, and must be accompanied by an adult.
- The Segway PT is not appropriate for those weighing under 100 pounds (45 kilograms) or over 265 pounds (120 kilograms).
- Gliders should have the physical ability to make motions such as climbing and descending stairs without any assistance or use of handrail.
- Also, gliders should be able to operate the steering control with his or her hands.
- Gliders are suggested to wear comfortable clothes and shoes. No high heels, flip flops or sandals.
- Anyone suspected of being under the influence of alcohol will not be permitted to ride.
- Unfortunately, pregnant women will not be permitted to participate.
- All riders are required to wear helmets and respect road signs, pedestrians, bikes and cars for a safe enjoyable ride.
- Gliders are required to sign the tour liability waiver.
- Reservation is recommended as group size is limited to 8 persons.
- Guests must arrive 15 minutes before scheduled tour time to check in and start training on time! - Anyone arriving late will NOT be allowed to join the tour group that has already started training. Safety and complete training for all of our guests are our first priority.
- Prices are per person, unless otherwise specified. All transactions are in Thai Baht. All prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice. Tour prices or availability are NOT guaranteed until full payment is received and confirmation provided.
- It is your responsibility to be at the designated tour location on the correct date. Please check your confirmation carefully. No refund for no-shows.
- If special events, parades, festivals, athletic events or construction are in our area, which cause the tour cannot be operated. We will inform you in advance for the rescheduling.
