Sathorn: Where to stay

Sathorn has seen phenomenal growth over recent years due to its close proximity to the city's prime areas like Silom, Siam, Sukhumvit and riverside. Often considered a 'watered down' version of Silom, Sathorn is ideal for those seeking peace and privacy away from the downtown commotion.

Broken down into two parallel roads (North Sathorn and South Sathorn), Sathorn is dotted with modern high-rises, embassies, gleaming corporate head offices and some of Bangkok's trendiest hotels like the Metropolitan, the Sukhothai and Banyan Tree. Running parallel to Sathorn Tai (South Sathorn) and Silom, Sathorn Nua (North Sathorn) is brimful of sky-high corporate offices and accommodations.
