Chidlom-Ploenchit Hotel Reviews

Bangkok Hotel Reviews

Chidlom could be described as what Knightsbridge is to London – an area packed with high-end shopping malls, five-star hotels and fine dining restaurants. The affluent area is a good choice if you require a central location – quite literally slap bang in the middle of all the action, a great spot for business travellers and of course shopping enthusiasts. Well-placed to reach two BTS sky train connections (Chidlom and Ploenchit); reaching other areas of interest such as Sukhumvit and Silom can be done with little hassle.

Bliston Suwan Park View Review

Hidden from the hustle and bustle of Chidlom, on a quiet tree-lined path stands the Bliston Serviced Apartments. Several basic street vendors surround the property, underscoring the fact that Bangkok is a city not only of contrasts but of choice.  Once inside, the lobby is of a modest size, reminiscent of a Florentine property with its high ceilings and round lobby table taking centre stage. Fraser Place Urbana Langsuan Review

Halfway down one of Bangkok’s most uptown roads is this urbanite delight comprised of 136 visuall-vibrant and all-mod-con serviced apartments. Open since 2005, Fraser Place Urbana Langsuan is hidden down a trim, 50-metre driveway bordered with white-flowering frangipani and virgin bamboo, giving it the air of a plush, exclusive, hard-to-find residence. Mayfair Bangkok Marriott Review

Unlike other executive apartments, the cream-coloured exterior of Mayfair Bangkok Marriott Executive Apartments doesn't flaunt its five-star lavishness. A green French-inspired rooftop with a round sky window does make it stand out from Langsuan's populous high-rise buildings though. Don't be fooled by the inconspicuous fa-ade. Read More...

TENFACE Hotel Review

“Liberate yourself and experience a life less ordinary” says TENFACE Hotel's brochure. The décor and design is inspired by Tosakan, the ten-faced giant from the great Thai epic Ramakien. The entire eight-storey hotel features 79 hip suites with generous space for relaxing and enjoyment and throwing a private party here with a group of friends is not a problem either. Situated in cosmopolitan Ploenchit and opened in mid 2008, this stylish hotel is an ideal choice for trendy travellers. Read More...
