Bangkok International restaurants
There's no question that Bangkok is a truly international city when it comes to food. From American to Zambian, there's a restaurant to suit. Competition is keen and standards are high, so the value offered is outstanding, especially when compared to other capital cities. (Note that wines are still heavily taxed, so the excellent wine lists now widely available can't offer the same great value, unfortunately.)
Hotel fine dining outlets successfully attract Bangkok's increasingly cosmopolitan local clientele; old-established favourites hold their own against hot new entrants; even food courts in shopping malls offer tempting gourmet dishes. In every case, the customer is the winner. So, it's not only the world famous Thai cuisine that makes Bangkok the dining capital of Asia!
