Another highly recommended seafood buffet to be enjoyed at the riverside, and with a choice of six different 'live' food stations, Next2 is a concept that blends international cuisine with an interactive dining experience. There are various buffet options offered for lunch and dinner, but the Mongolian grill and seafood buffet in the evening comes highly recommended.
Seafood lovers are staking out the best views from this pier on the 59th floor. Fresh catch from the sea is prepared to the most exacting standards by virtuoso chef Kevin Vu. Dine in the theatricality of a recreated underwater chamber, bordered by effervescent bubble columns shot through with blue. If you're a seafood fan, you'll love this place. After you've been seated, look over the list of preparation styles, then walk to the back and take a shopping cart. Peruse the no fewer than 40 different creatures of the sea, either live or on ice, all priced by the kilo. Pay for it all at the cashier, then cart it back to the table. Waiters are skilled at making perfect suggestions for your catch, and what comes out of the kitchen is always good. Cooking charges and corkage are paid separately at the end of the meal. The seafood is market price. Touristy but great fun.

The innovative open kitchen concept, complete with ovens, fire-grill, steamers, and two Shanghai fire woks, invites diners to an opportunity to interact with the chefs. Although seafood are featured all the time, Thursday nights is the time to be there for a feast from the depths of the ocean. At 930 baht (fully inclusive) it is also one of the most reasonably-priced seafood buffets on town.
