Summer Palace, the acclaimed and award-winning Cantonese restaurant at the InterContinental Hotel has a dedicated dim sum chef all the way from Hong Kong. This restaurant comes highly recommended, but its glamorous and elegant interior alone makes it worth a visit. No buffet.

Experience the essence of provincial Chinese life at Lok Wah Hin, the Chinese restaurant at Novotel Hotel on Siam Square that has been a sanctuary for lovers of Chinese food and Dim Sum in Bangkok for more than 16 years. The restaurant recently underwent an imperial makeover to unveil a new, contemporary look in burgundy and silver. A wonderful Dim Sum buffet is available for 700 baht (++), Monday to Friday, and 750 baht (++) on weekends (between 11:30 and 14:30)
