Savour a variety of exquisite hot and cold Dim Sum prepared by Master Chef Mo Kam Kwong from Shang Palace Chinese restaurant at the Shangri-La Hotel. The 'all you can eat Dim Sum' from Monday to Saturday features a menu with 32 different choices, including roasted duck and honey barbecue pork, shrimp wanton soup and many others. The cost is 750 baht (++) for adults, and 375 baht (++) for kids under eleven.

Summer Palace, the acclaimed and award-winning Cantonese restaurant at the InterContinental Hotel has a dedicated dim sum chef all the way from Hong Kong. This restaurant comes highly recommended, but its glamorous and elegant interior alone makes it worth a visit. No buffet.

Experience the essence of provincial Chinese life at Lok Wah Hin, the Chinese restaurant at Novotel Hotel on Siam Square that has been a sanctuary for lovers of Chinese food and Dim Sum in Bangkok for more than 16 years. An all-you-can-eat Dim Sum buffet for 520 baht per person also includes shark fin soup (Monday to Saturday). Lok Wah Hin was recently refurbished and the result is an exquisite and elegant imperial look.

The restaurant recently underwent an imperial makeover to unveil a new, contemporary look in burgundy and silver. A wonderful Dim Sum buffet is available for 700 baht (++), Monday to Friday, and 750 baht (++) on weekends (between 11:30 and 14:30)
