With the BTS (Ratchathewi) station on the west end, and the MRT (Petchburi) station on the east, traveling from Petchburi to other parts of Bangkok is relatively easy and quick. However, keep in mind that, despite its great length, there is no BTS or MRT line connecting one end of Petchburi to another. If you want to be close to Pantip Plaza and the Pratunam area, make sure the hotel or serviced apartment you're staying in is around Petchburi area, not New Petchburi. Other means of getting around are buses and taxis, while tuk-tuks are in abundance too.

Tip: Pantip Plaza is around 15 minutes walk from Ratchathewi BTS Station. Alternatively, you can conveniently grab a taxi from Ratchathewi BTS Station to Pantip Plaza.

Petchburi doesn't have much to boast in terms of its own nightlife scene, but it's close to other nightlife areas in Siam, Chidlom-Ploenchit and even Silom and Sukhumvit Road. RCA is also accessible at the far end of the New Petchburi Road (one stop after Petchburi MRT Station).
