Hotel Vista Pattaya Review0
Modern and minimal are just two of the words that spring to mind when you first cast your eyes over one of Pattaya's chicest new arrivals on the property circuit – Hotel Vista. The hotel describes its concept as being, 'Vibrant, modern, straightforward and open-minded'. Guests should expect a hotel that shares the fun loving attitude of Pattaya while still retaining a harmonious blend of relaxation and recreation, topped off, of course, with gracious service. The open-plan design and well-appointed interior are a welcome addition to Pattaya's beach resort property scene, providing a stylish and practical choice for the more aesthetically minded traveller.

Hotel Vista is the sort of hotel frequented by travellers who desire something extra from the design of their accommodation choice. Both practical and functional, the property excels in providing ultra-modern interiors set within spacious surroundings. High ceilings are matched with clean lines and the occasional splash of colour. A distinct feature of the hotel is its ecologically friendly stance, such as recycled water and careful electricity usage. The architecture, interior and use of space all borrow from a traditional urban-style city retreat but one of the outstanding features of this hotel is that it is a mere five-minute walk from the beach!
Where is it?
A big pull of this hotel is its tidy location, positioned on Pattaya soi four – a side street off the Beach Road. The property is well positioned for both quiet, candlelit dinners and debauched chaos down Walking Street and a romantic stroll down the beach is another appealing option. Set within close proximity are an array of friendly bars and restaurants serving Thai and Western cuisine. Jomtien Beach is just a 15-minute drive away and Walking Street a 20-minute stroll.

Restaurants and Bars
The Patio Bar and Restaurant is an extension of the lobby and encompasses an inside and al fresco area where drinks and dinner can be enjoyed. The brick wall exterior continues with the urban theme, the perfect material combined with the sea breeze to cool guests down as they savour the a la carte menu or a cocktail. The high standard of food is matched by keen service and chic presentation and the wine list will not fail to impress even the most advanced of wine connoisseurs.
The hotel has a saltwater swimming pool situated in front of the restaurant. Other guest facilities for your enjoyment include the Vista Retreat Spa, where lying back and enduring a spell of relaxation is the order of the day. The fully equipped Fitness Centre will come in handy for those who like to maintain their workout regimes while away. Guests also have the option of free parking as well as an onsite tour operator.

Hotel Vista is an option to be pursued by those generally looking for the quieter side to Pattaya, while still being in close proximity to the excitement and entertainment the city is so renowned for. Scoring highly on design and function, the spacious corridors, rooms and lobby create a feeling of understated luxury. If your taste sways towards rich, wholesome fabrics then the Vista might not suit. Otherwise, the property is an exercise in contemporary hospitality, including great recreational facilities, a prime location and gracious service.
