Day 1 in Pattaya

Daytime – Not Your Average Museum

Naturally, you have to start with the most iconic sight in Pattaya – the Sanctuary of Truth. From there, you can check out some of the city’s unusual selection of museums, including the Teddy Bear Museum, Art in Paradise and the Ripley’s Believe It Or Not! Museum. Finally, at the southern end of Pattaya Beach, a trip to the top of the hill for the stunning Viewpoint and the Big Buddha of Wat Phra Yai is essential.

If you like shopping, don’t forget to drop into Central Festival, Mike’s Shopping Mall and Royal Garden Plaza, which are all in a line along Beach Road and are the pinnacle of designer shopping in Pattaya.

Evening – Showtime!

End your first day by taking in a couple of shows. Pattaya has an impressive selection of ladyboy cabaret shows, but the most famous is, without a doubt, the Tiffany Show. You might just have time to squeeze both the one-hour performance and a couple of bouts at Pattaya Boxing World into a single evening.

Day 2 in Pattaya

Daytime – History and Nature

Jomtien has some stunning unique sights to enjoy, particularly right at its southern end. These include the award winning Nong Nooch Tropical Botanical Gardens and the impressive Buddha Mountain, which neighbours the beautiful Silverlake area. Both Mimosa Pattaya and the Pattaya Floating Market offer great family fun and shopping while the Cartoon Network Amazone Waterpark or Ramayana Water Park offer wet and wild excitement. Lesser-known but still interesting attractions include the striking Wat Yansangwararam and Viharn Sien

Evening – Party Time!

No trip to Pattaya would be complete without at least one night of partying! The best place for that is definitely the famous Walking Street. Enjoy the city’s best nightclubs, dozens of racy go-go bars and hundreds of choices of fun beer bars.

Where to Stay?

A two-day stay in Pattaya obviously has to include one night, which means you will need a place to stay. Fortunately, we can help you out there, too, with our huge inventory of accommodation ranging from luxurious beach resorts to low-cost guesthouses – with plenty in between. We have organised these into niche categories, making it easier for you to find somewhere to suit your tastes and budget.
