We will provide complimentary rooms with refreshments for the bride and groom to prepare themselves. Here, hairdressers and make up artists can also help the bride to get ready if required. Photographer
This is one of the most important choices you have to make. Please allow us to help you in that decision, as we have established relationships with some of the region’s top photographers. Whether you would like a photographer of international repute, or one who specializes in    reportage or natural style photography, we can arrange it for you.

Menus
You can count on our culinary team to come up with a menu that will delight the palate, making your special day even more memorable.

Wines
Our sommelier will be available to offer advice and recommendations on the perfect drinks to complement your chosen menu.

Wedding cake
Our highly trained pastry chef can create a wedding cake to your exact specifications.

Flowers and ice carvings
Our designers will design magnificent floral displays and ice carvings to your wishes. We’ll also present beautiful garlands to the bride and groom.

Linen
We can co-ordinate with any colour scheme. We have a large selection of linen and chair covers, and can source almost any additional colour and style of material you require. If you would like wedding favours, we can organise this too, with a choice of several different shapes, sizes and colours to co-ordinate with your scheme.

Menu and Place Cards
Our calligrapher can create beautiful artwork for your stationary, and we can help with the printing of your menu and place cards.

Hostesses
Our hostesses will greet your guests in the lobby and guide them to the function room.
