 Oriental Herbal Compress - 30 minutes
This is an ancient healing treatment consisting of Herbal compresses. It is an ideal treatment to ease aches, pains and bruises. Warm herbal compresses containing lemongrass, turmeric and plai are applied to areas that need healing and a special massage will assist to ease muscle tension, aches and pains. After the treatment you will enjoy a feeling of lightness.
Stress Recovery Back, Head and Shoulder Massage - 30 minutes
The ideal massage to combat stiffness and stress. The movements are designed to concentrate on the back and shoulders and the technique eases muscle tension and releases stiffness.
Oriental Foot Massage - 30 minutes
Experience the sheer pleasure of a specific massage for the feet and lower leg. All the energy meridians of the body are identified in the pressure points of the foot. Massaging the feet provides relaxation, soothes pain and releases blocked energy making this the ideal treatment after lots of walking or for tired feet.
Swedish Massage - 60 minutes / 90 minutes
For this European style massage, we use a unique blend of oils with herbs grown in the hills of northern Thailand. This special oil is massaged into the body to penetrate the body’s muscle fibres, which cause tension and discomfort. This is a personalised massage to promote a feeling of well-being for the body, mind and spirit.
Oriental Signature Massage - 60 minutes / 90 minutes
The concentrated blends of essential oils extracted from plants release their soothing properties into the skin during this relaxing massage. We created our own technique combining Thai and European style. The technique eases muscle tension and energizes the body with acupressure movements and includes stretching. It is the perfect treatment for relieving stress.
Jet Lag Massage - 60 minutes / 90 minutes
The ideal massage technique to banish fatigue and sluggishness associated with jet lag. The movements are designed to stimulate and invigorate you. Oil is used followed by refreshing gel with cypress oil and menthol to leave you with a feeling of renewal.
Oriental Traditional Thai Massage - 60 minutes / 90 minutes
A unique style of massage with a firm base in traditional Thai massage movements handed down through history. The entire body from head to toe benefits from the pressure point massage and stretching movements. Tension and stress disappear and are replaced with a feeling of energy and peace.
Lomi-Lomi Massage - 60 minutes / 90 minutes
This unique healing massage, handed down through generations in Hawaii, is profoundly healing and nurturing. Its fluid, rhythmic movements release stress and tension from within the body and restore balance and harmony to mind, body and spirit by penetrating the senses.
Balinese Massage - 60 minutes / 90 minutes
An ancient deep tissue massage from the Asian healing tradition using a combination of thumb pressure, deep muscle manipulation and warm sweeping strokes that help one relax and rejuvenate. |

 Oriental Body Wellness - 90 minutes
This exclusive traditional treatment begins with a blend of Thai herbs used as a wrap which is applied to the body. Whilst relaxing in a thermal blanket, the warm wrap allows the body to absorb the benefiits of the herbs. The skin becomes hydrated and smooth. The treatment is suitable for all skin types and is completed with a relaxing essential oil massage.
Rhassoul Experience - 90 minutes
At a moderate temperature of 38°C and sitting on ergonomically shaped seats in the Rhassoul, clay and herbs that have been applied to the skin will soon begin to dry, forming a body mask. After approximately 10 minutes, a gentle spray of aromatized steam makes the mask moist again. Meanwhile the illumination on the ceiling of the Rhassoul changes to reflect a starry night sky. The end of the session is signaled by a gentle rain shower which washes off the mask to reveal brighter, healthier and rosier skin. The Rhassoul Experience is completed by a gentle full body massage.

Vitality Experience – 90 minutes
This treatment provides a full body massage using a series of water jets. Water nozzles on the sides and air nozzles at the bottom of the tub allow the surface and the underlying layers of the skin to be massaged. The jets are precisely placed for an effective and beneficial hydro-massage of the back, neck and lower limbs, which improve the venous, and lymphatic system, as well as circulation while giving a pleasant sensation of lightness. The Vitality Experience is followed by a relaxing body massage with oil to release stiffness and tension.

Essence of Aqua – 90 minutes
This is the ultimate experience in water-based treatments. It begins with a body scrub on a heated marble scrub table which is regulated to a temperature between 37-38°C. To prepare the skin by removing dull and dead skin cells. The next stage is a hydro-massage by water jets in the Vitality Bath. A special mixture of seaweed, mud, Thai herbs and organic black sticky rice is then applied to the body. In the Rhassoul, the therapeutic effects of the ingredients are absorbed by the skin. The final stage is a gentle application of a soothing body lotion to complete the experience.

 All Aromatherapy Associates body treatments last for 2 hours. Each is designed exclusively for Mandarin Oriental to relax and calm, uplift and clear the mind or re-energize and inspire. Blends of essential oils and natural ingredients are fundamental to all treatments. Different massage techniques and therapeutic, healing practices transport the body to a plane of luxury that leaves one feeling renewed and refreshed.
Rose Essence of Heaven - 120 minutes
Find stillness while the body is cleansed and polished with natural exfoliating olive grains. The body is then treated to nurturing essential oils and creams. Our Renew Rose facial moisturizes and nourishes the skin, using natural Damask Rose Water to enhance circulation and purification. Cleansing, toning, exfoliation, a rejuvenating facial massage and application of a hydrating mask is concluded with a relaxing scalp, hand and arm massage. The body is delicately scented and skin becomes radiant.
Zesty Renewal - 120 minutes
Detox, eliminate and tone with this invigorating body treatment, which targets areas of cellulite, achieving visible results. Brisk dry body brushing starts off this treatment, followed by a full body exfoliation to remove dead skin cells and encourage healthy circulation. A citrus burst of gel and oil, containing purifying pink grapefruit, sweet orange and mandarin with juniper berry and rosemary is used to add zest and positive energy. A traditional aromatherapy full body massage carefully applies pressures to re-balance the nervous system, combined with surface stimulation to buttocks, thighs and stomach to promote effective circulation enabling the body to flush out toxins, while refreshing and toning the skin. This is followed by a layer of mud and essential oils to tone the lower area of the body, actively drawing impurities from the skin whilst adding minerals and moisture. Whilst the body is enveloped, a relaxing face massage helps drain any unwanted toxins and the treatment concludes with some foot reflexology to help rebalance the body from the inside.
De-Stress Muscle Release - 120 minutes
A full body exfoliation and warming essential oils will help release tired aching muscles. The treatment begins with an application of muscle gel infused with soothing and invigorating oils of black pepper and rosemary followed by a deep body massage that works on tight, tired muscles and joints. These deep tissue techniques warm and ease the body with stretching and drainage to disperse tension. The body is comfortably enveloped, allowing the essential oils to penetrate the skin and work effectively to reduce tiredness. Attention is paid to the back, neck, shoulders and foot reflexes to work on a deeper level. Finishing with a relaxing scalp massage which helps to soothe the mind and bring about a feeling of peace. Perfect after sports or to relieve day-to-day stresses and strains.

Oriental Organic Rice Scrub – 30 minutes
The naturally occurring vitamins within black sticky organic rice gently remove the dead skin cells from
the body, leaving it feeling refreshed and soft, which is a perfect preparation for any massage.
Oriental Body Glow - 30 minutes
The ingredients which make up this unique body scrub are taken from the hills of northern Thailand and blended solely for our use. A combination of honey, seeds and flowers, when massaged on to damp skin, the scrub exfoliates the accumulation of dead skin cells while dulling the skin. Other benefits of this treatment are increased circulation, making you glow whilst the honey nourishes to leave you feeling extra soft and smooth. The Oriental Body Glow is also ideal before a relaxing massage.
Oriental Salt Glow - 30 minutes
This treatment brings you the Spa experience of The Dead Sea. The salt crystals calm the body, relax the muscles, and ease aches and pains. It smoothes the skin with a natural healthy glow, giving your whole body a rejuvenating sense of well-being.
Oriental Herbal Wrap Treatment - 60 minutes
This exclusive SPA treatment begins with the application of Thai herbal paste to prepare the skin for the luxury to follow. A blend of fresh herbs from the Royal Projects in Chiang Mai are mixed with sesame oil and fresh milk before being applied to the body which is then wrapped in a thermal blanket to encourage absorption of the energy giving herbs. A stimulating, rejuvenating wrap which is especially beneficial for dehydrated skin.
Revitalizing Seaweed Treatment - 60 minutes
The therapeutic value of seaweed is well recognised as being a rich source of minerals, trace elements and vitamins which are easily absorbed by the skin during this body wrap. The soothing warmth from the thermal blanket promotes the natural process of detoxification and eliminates excess fluid to re-establish the metabolic balance of the body. The ideal treatment to reduce mental stress and muscle tension with the added benefit of revitalized skin. Application of a special body lotion concludes the relaxing experience.
Oriental Mud Wrap - 60 minutes
The Oriental Mud Wrap combines an abundance of minerals such as magnesium, potassium, organic plant and algae residues which absorb impurities whilst stimulating blood circulation to ease aches and pains and relieve fatigue. Therapeutic sea salts are massaged over the body preparing the skin for the application of soft, warm mud before being wrapped in a thermal blanket. The final touches consist of a refreshing shower and a light massage with lotion that will leave you with a feeling of complete renewal.
Body Toning Treatment - 90 minutes
Following the application of a gentle scrub to prepare the skin, a gel which is rich in active marine ingredients is applied, before warm seaweed is placed over the body. Whilst relaxing cocooned in a thermal blanket, the seaweed encourages detoxification and the reduction of fluid retention. Regular body toning treatments, in conjunction with a simple home care programme, will help to prevent the accumulation of toxins causing cellulite. |

Rose Indulgence - 60 minutes
The ultimate facial indulgence helps to cleanse and exfoliate, using the beautifying and luxurious Renew Rose to soften and nourish, while Damask Rose Water stimulates circulation and purifies your facial skin. Rejuvenating facial massage and application of a hydrating mask are complemented with a relaxing scalp massage and a soothing hand and arm massage, whilst a back massage completes the experience. As a result, your facial skin is left freshly toned, delicately scented and radiant.
Anti-Age Facial - 60 minutes
The perfect remedy using time-honored properties of Rose and Frankincense to smooth skin texture and encourage skin renewal. Hydrating and rejuvenating gel and mud masks combined with a relaxing facial pressure point massage will combat areas most affected by the aging process. Results are visible as lines and wrinkles are minimized. Suitable for mature and dry skin.
Balance Cleansing Facial - 60 minutes
Restore and condition your facial skin’s oil balance with natural properties of Lavender and Tea Tree. The facial begins with a thorough cleansing and exfoliation, followed by steaming and extraction. Stimulating facial massage and a purifying mud mask are then applied to draw out oiliness and impurities while re-mineralizing the complexion. A relaxing scalp massage completes the treatment and leaves you feeling refreshed and energized.
Discovery Treatment - 60 minutes
The first visible signs of aging and lack of tone and radiance are diminished as the extra-rich cream helps nourish the skin, working to restore vitality and suppleness. The ideal treatment for skin that has been dried out by excessive sun exposure or harsh climatic conditions.
Purifying Treatment - 60 minutes
This treatment works gently to help regulate sebum production, deep-cleaning and purifying the skin without drying it out. The complexion appears pure, fresh and glowing. Suitable for all skin types.
Intensive Collagen Treatment - 90 minutes
The uniqueness of Valmont products and this complete facial treatment will help to improve the appearance of wrinkles, minimize the loss of firmness, rehydrate the delicate fragile skin around the eyes, nourish and increase skin suppleness. The skin will be moistened and refreshed immediately after 1 session.

The luxury hands and feet care for everyone. The hands and feet are massaged with a rich collagen cream creating a relaxing feeling and softening skin texture. Hands and feet are prepared for the treatment with the application of a warm paraffin wax. A full manicure completes the experience.
