Pratuman after dark feels less exciting than during the day time – that is if you prefer shopping more than visiting a hostess pub, all-night discotheque, or 'massage parlour'. Some partygoers come to Pratunam for late-night street eats, before going home or continuing on their string of pub crawling elsewhere. There are, however, some chilled out venues inside hotels in Pratunam area. But for something with more character, it's a good idea to explore nearby Victory Monument or Chidlom.
