a one-of-a-kind restaurant catering to provide the most varied gastronomic tastes, from South East Asian favourites to the best of Mediterranean cuisines, perched on a terrace over looking the tranquil waters of the Chao Phraya.
No matter if its breakfast, lunch or dinner, all of this expansive riverside restaurant’s culinary delights are cooked up in Flow’s four display kitchens. The buffet offers abundant supplies of freshly caught seafood or an array of roasted meats at the carvery. The European speciality breads, myriad salads and imported cheeses are not to be missed. At dinner,
the menu includes a sumptuous range of antipasti, seafood as well as all those Thai delicacies visitors
love to try.
No Hilton buffet is complete without the dessert display; at Flow this means chefs serving flavoured creme brulee, freshly baked pastries and cakes as well as an ample selection of local sweets provides an endless choice to those with a sweet tooth.

Teas are served in the traditional manner using what the Chinese once termed a ‘long mouthed’ copper tea pot.
