The Zuk Bar, located on the ground floor of The Sukhothai Bangkok hotelHotel, is one of the city’s best jazz bars. As you enter Zuk Bar Bangkok you’ll see the grand piano set up ready for the live jazz performances that take place from Thursday to Sunday, led by the sultry voice of renowned American jazz singer, Coco Rouzier, and ably assisted by her 3-piece backing band. Coco’s vocals are sublime, and The Sukhothai Bangkok is the premiercertainly the best destination in the Silom area for smooth jazz and sophisticated cocktails. A long cocktail bar takes up the centre of the room, serving classic cocktails and, a wide range of wines, and single malt whiskies. There’s a happy hour every day from 18:00 till 20:00 when selected drinks are available on a ‘buy one get one free’ deal. To accompanygo with your drinks, there’s a snack menu featuring items tapas-style items such as yakitori platters (740 baht), freshly shucked oysters (4 pieces for 440 baht), sushi and tempura. There’s also an outdoor section atto The Zuk Bar, where you can enjoy the lily ponds and elegant architecture of the hotel.

Note that there’s a smart casual dress code at all venues in The Sukhothai Bangkok, and The Zuk Bar is no different. This means no sportswear or flip flops.
