W Does Brunch

Saturday Brunch in Bangkok

W Bangkok Saturday Brunch is the most chic yet boozy buffet experience you can find in the city and, like everything associated with this brand, is one of the coolest places to hang out in Bangkok. Premium food and fantastic drinks and cocktails are laid out around the entire dining room and beyond, while a DJ plays soul and chilled beats surrounded by the dessert station. In fact, there are so many food and drinks stations that every diner is given a map to help them find all of the best delicacies on offer.

W Does Brunch Bangkok is on the second floor of the hotel, which is located steps away from Chong Nonsi BTS Skytrain Station and the iconic Sathorn Bridge which intersects Silom. Saturday Brunch costs 2,800++ baht (not including tax or service) for the full on experience with a full range of alcohol and cocktails, while for food only it is 2,200++ baht.

Seafood is an enduringly popular part of the five-star brunch experience and at W Does Brunch Bangkok and here you will find masses of king crab legs next to queen scallops and shucked oysters, shrimp and more. My personal favourite, however, is the 64 Degree Roasted Wagyu beef. It is a magnificent joint of meat, and when eaten with crisp, steamed vegetables and rich red wine gravy, it makes the perfect roast Sunday dish. There are also some unique additions such as a taco station for a touch of Latino flair, while the drinks stations spread out around the restaurant really set W Bangkok Saturday brunch apart: signature gin and tonics, a mojito station, DIY mimosas and an Aperol stand are complemented by red and white wines and beers.

For desserts, candy floss, cakes and trays of gateaux are spread out in beautiful variety, while a cute mango dish is made to look like a boiled egg is the signature of W Hotels worldwide. The food alone at W Does Brunch is great, but it is the cocktail stations and overall ambiance that will makes this a great choice for a Saturday buffet brunch.

W Bangkok

There isnt a corner of W Hotel that does not make a good impression with a light-hearted and playful design that is exciting and fabulously hip.The reception is decked out in a large mural created from thousands of crystals, each painstakingly positioned by hand, and as you enter the lift, there is a wall of Tuk Tuk lights creating a disco vibe. With a fantastic location in the business district of Bangkok, W Hotel is only minutes walk from the BTS at Chong Nonsi, and only a short taxi ride from Siloms famous nightlife. The 407 rooms are equally cool, with bright bursts of colour, plenty of high-tech equipment and funky amenities.
