Uno Mas Bangkok Restaurant

Spanish Restaurant on the 54th floor above CentralWorld

Uno Mas is an upmarket Spanish restaurant that has stunning views from the 54th floor of Centara Grand at CentralWorld, high above CentralWorld shopping mall in Siam. The menu is a collection of intricate tapas plates, premium seafood, including a selection of lobsters, oysters, shrimp and clams. The cured meats on display at Uno Mas must be the most diverse and well stocked in Bangkok. Although expensive, we would take a portion of Joselito Ibirico ham (790 baht), sliced straight from the leg, over any other cold cut – from Spain or anywhere else.

Uno Mas was designed to bring you the best Mediterranean flavors coupled with stunning views from the (almost) rooftop where you will get to look over the iconic Bangkok skyline as you dine. The famous Red Sky rooftop bar is just one floor above the restaurant.

The emphasis at Uno Mas is on tasting plates that are meant to be shared, and with that in mind you can expect classics such as cheese and meat platters as well as baby sardines (790 THB) and Joselito ham croquettes (190 baht). If you are looking for something a little more substantial, then you can opt for the classic paella (prices start from 1,290 baht), which is meant to be shared between 2-3 people. The paella comes in a variety of different preparations depending on your tastes, from classic seafood, to chicken, duck, and even foie gras.

Uno Mas also has some luxury showpiece menu items that make for an unforgettable dinner, including Mariscada Costa del Sol (4,900 baht): a grilled seafood platter containing the freshest premium catch that will make you feel as if you are feasting on a beach in Spain, and Spanish ‘Cochinillo’ Asado (1,690 baht), or half a roasted suckling pig. If you just fancy a drink, or if you want to find the perfect tipple to go with your meal, then there is also a wine bar attached as part of Uno Mas where you will find cocktails and a comprehensive wine list that includes traditional Spanish Sangria that starts at 190 baht a glass.
