When it comes to main courses, there are favourites like Murgh Tikka Masala, tandoori chicken cooked in a wok, or Mutton Awadh Korma, mutton cooked in the Mughal style. There is also desert in the form of fresh fruit, masala tea, and Northern Indian signature dishes such as Gulab Jamun, a soup flavoured with almonds and topped with cream cheese dumplings.
As well as the Premium Set Menu, there are other set menus to choose from such as the Maharaja Menu which starts at 1,195 THB, and the Maharani Menu, which is a vegetarian set menu that starts at 995 THB. On Sunday lunchtimes, Rang Mahal have a brunch buffet with an incredible range of Indian cuisine to enjoy from 11:00 to 14:30 for the excellent price of 850 baht (not including tax or service charge).
If you prefer to order a la carte, then you can choose from specialties of Rang Mahal such as the Goan Fish Curry (495 THB) which is fresh fish cooked in a delicious coconut gravy, or the Roganjosh Kashmiri (550 THB), a rich pot roasted mutton dish. At the end of your meal you can end with sweet treats such as Kulfi Falooda, which is a cooling saffron ice cream.
