The dining room is large and functional with a central buffet island and a kitchen area where all the freshly prepared dishes are presented. For larger parties or simply for more privacy, there are three private rooms available.

Located on the second floor of the Chaophraya Park Hotel, Mori Grill in Bangkok is easy to find, just south of Ratchadaphisek MRT Underground Station.

Most people dining here choose the buffet option, as it offers all-you-can-eat treats for a decent price of 695 baht (not including tax and service charge) for lunch or dinner. Lunch runs from midday to 15:00, while dinner is from 19:00 to 22:00.

Highlights certainly include the sashimi, including salmon, tuna, saba (mackerel), and octopus. All cuts are fresh and expertly cut for that unmistakable taste and texture of Japan’s most famous culinary export. From the grill, you can choose your own selection of fresh ingredients and let the skilled chef fry them and have them delivered, still steaming, to you table. Plump cuts of chicken, pork, beef and a wide selection of vegetables are stocked for you to choose from. There’s a range of complimentary soft drinks and hot or cold green tea for all buffet diners, but beers, spirits and wines cost extra.
