The signature dish at Fei Ya Bangkok is the Peking duck which includes the whole bird that has been roasted until the meat is tender and bursting with flavor. In addition to the duck, there is also a dim sum menu here that is popular among regular patrons – bite-sized dumplings that are perfect for sharing. The dumplings come with different fillings including shrimp, pork, and chicken, and can be boiled, steamed, or fried. Some of the signature bites to look out for include the deep fried prawn dumplings which are served with a piquant wasabi mayonnaise.
There are also a range of other dishes served here if you don’t want to order the dim sum or a whole duck, such as duck in black pepper sauce and an array of traditional Chinese vegetable dishes such as mushrooms and sesame tofu that will be a hit with any vegetarians looking to dine here.
Located on the 2nd floor of Renaissance Bangkok Hotel, it is just a short walk from Chit Lom BTS Skytrain Station.
