Although Hua Hin can no longer be described as a 'sleepy village', it retained a relaxed, wholesome atmosphere sometimes not found at Thailand's other popular beach resorts. A range of water sports is available, there are eight golf courses nearby, and when the sun goes down there are numerous bars, pubs and local discos offering drinks and entertainment.
Restaurants are plentiful too, offering a wide range of cuisine – from traditional Thai to international favourites. With the combination of pristine coastline flanked by a charming town that offers lots of interesting attractions, it’s no wonder that Hua Hin has steadily become such a favourite with especially couples and families.
