Banyan Tree's signature restaurant, Saffron, offers Thai-inspired flavors. There is nothing apathetic about its Prawn wrapped in Crispy Noodle, Braised Rack of Lamb, Massaman Curry. Located on the 51st and 52nd floor, the views are fantastic, the furnishings eclectic, and sophisticated live entertainment plays into the night. For your private function, Saffron has three exclusive dining rooms.
