Aiya Residence

The Superior Rooms (28 sqm) occupies most of the upper levels of the Tower A and overlook either the Garden or the parking space at the rear end of the building. All rooms come with basic amenities and services for budget travellers. Each room features remote-controlled air-conditioning, a refrigerator with soft drinks and beers and complimentary bottled water on a daily basis. The rooms are cleaned on a daily basis but guests are advised to put out the "Clean My Room!" hanger so as to allow housekeeping to do the needful job.

Occupying 3rd and 4th levels of Tower A, Deluxe Rooms (40 sqm) overlook the garden or the parking lot at the rear end of the building. Brighter and roomier than the Superior type, Deluxe Rooms come with remote-controlled air-conditioning, a refrigerator with soft drinks and beers and complimentary bottled water on a daily basis. The rooms are cleaned on a daily basis but guests are advised to put out the "Clean My Room!" hanger so as to allow housekeeping to do the needful job.

Housed inside Tower B, Executive Deluxe Rooms (40 sqm) overlook the swimming pool and feature wooden flooring and a modern-style interior decor. The room's layout changes accordining to its location in Tower B, but all come with a remote-controlled air-conditioning, bathtub, refrigerator stocked with soft drinks and beers, complimentary water bottles on a daily basis. The rooms are cleaned on a daily basis but guests are advised to put out the "Clean My Room!" hanger so as to allow housekeeping to do the needful job.

The Super Deluxe Rooms (40-48 sqm) overlook the garden or the parking lot at the rear end of Tower A. All rooms come with a refrigerator stocked with soft drinks and beers, complimentary water bottles, and television. The rooms are cleaned on a daily basis but guests are advised to put out the "Clean My Room!" hanger so as to allow housekeeping to do the needful job.
