This two-day tour through Kanchanaburi province gives you the chance to enjoy its rugged scenery while gaining insight into the area's tragic WWII history. This tour includes visiting the War Museum, Allied War Cemetery and famous Bridge over the River Kwai. You will enjoy a long tail boat ride down the river, and stay on a hotel built on rafts actually on the river. Dinner is served at the hotel, which you will enjoy while watching a traditional Mon tribal performance.
On day two, you will visit Hell Fire Pass Memorial and a ride on the Death Railway which cuts through picturesque countryside, but has a chilling backstory due to the thousands of POWs lives that were lost during its construction.
